The implementation included the following main works:

Crude construction work:
- Partial demolition of selected partitions to optimize the layout.
- Creation of a completely new bathroom.
- Construction of a separate new toilet area.
- Establishment of a new built-in dressing room.

Complete replacement of all installations:
- Replacement of all cold and hot water distribution and sewage systems.
- Laying of a new heating system.
- Installation of a new gas boiler.
- Complete replacement of all electrical installations in the apartment.

Surface finishing and final works:
- Leveling of all floors using the Fermacell System.
- Laying of new floor covering – seamless quartz vinyl in a “herringbone” pattern.
- Application of large-format tiles and floor tiles 120x60 cm in wet areas (bathroom, toilet).

The reconstruction created a completely modern, safe and aesthetic apartment with new, functional wiring and high-quality surfaces.

Implementation time 3 months

Project and layout:
Development of a design for the optimal layout of the space, including built-in furniture and a wardrobe (dressing room).

Construction and installation work:
- Introduction and distribution of a new heating system.
- Complete new electrical installation throughout the apartment.
- Distribution and connection of water and sewage according to the requirements of the new equipment.
- Application of noise insulation to selected walls and ceilings.

Surfaces and equipment:
- Laying of new floors - a combination of large-format ceramic tiles and quartz vinyl.
- Installation of a new custom-made kitchen unit including appliances.
- Installation of new sanitary equipment (sink, shower, toilet).
- Delivery and installation of custom-made built-in wardrobes and dressing rooms.

The project was implemented as a comprehensive "turnkey" delivery from design to completion, which ensured consistent quality and adherence to the design intent. The result is a maximally utilized, stylish and technically flawless apartment.
